1. Website and Marketing Services
Service Delivery: OSM provides fully managed website design, local search visibility tools, and hosting services. The specific services are initiated after the payment of a setup fee, followed by a recurring monthly subscription fee.
Ownership of Property: All visual layouts, custom code, structures, and marketing tools built by Optimum Service Marketing remain the sole property of the agency. The physical website cannot be transferred to a standard external hosting provider.
Client Assets: You maintain full ownership of your domain name and any text, images, or specific content you provide to us for the site.
Agency Continuity: In the event that OSM ceases operations permanently, clients will be granted direct access and a one time transfer of their website files to ensure no interruption of service.
2. Billing, Cancellation, and Suspension
Monthly Subscription: The monthly fee of $99 covers the ongoing hosting and maintenance.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by phone or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, we will send a notification. The website will be taken offline if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.
3. SMS and A2P Messaging Services
These terms apply to all SMS messages sent and received through OSM as part of our A2P 10DLC messaging services.
By providing your phone number, opting in through our website at https://optimumservicemarketing.com, or texting START, you consent to receive SMS messages from Optimum Service Marketing at (585) 454 8085.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Transactional: Appointment confirmations, reminders, onboarding updates, service notifications, and account notices.
- Marketing: Promotional offers and announcements, provided that you separately opt in.
Messaging Consent
